1478 Mawila Ridge Rd, Crossville, TN 38555

Property Description

If you'd rather be outside than anywhere else, this one's for you. This Crossville, TN property sits on over 54 acres behind a gated entrance, with mountain views you have to see in person to really appreciate. There are two tiny homes (placed in 2017 and 2023), plus an outbuilding, a small fenced area for livestock, and an RV hookup (no septic hookup). Underground utilities, a private well, and two septic tanks are already in place. This kind of property doesn't come around often. Both tiny homes are currently running as an active Airbnb and VRBO with consistent bookings, and all the guest furniture, decor, and linens convey with the property. That means you can pick up right where the current owners left off and start hosting from day one. Not interested in running a business? Keep it all to yourself as a weekend getaway, a hunting retreat, or the start of a family compound that's tucked away from it all. Come see what mountain living on the Upper Cumberland is all about!
